We worked with Raymond James to establish a client facing, West London presence for the Private Banking team. A Cat A project, we undertook all areas of the new space including the boardroom and meeting rooms as well as executive offices and breakout spaces with a high level specification. The project incorporated recycling approximately 30% furniture for re use and posed challenges of difficult access into both the new and existing offices which did not stop us from delivering within the programme.
